J. Wayne Mishoe, PhD, PE, GC

Dr. Mishoe is an alumnus of NC State University and Clemson University. Dr. Mishoe is also Professor Emeritus from the University of Florida with over 35 years of experience in engineering. Being both a professional engineer and a registered general contractor Dr. Mishoe has gained a wealth of technical know-how and construction practicality that is an asset for any project.

Stephen Belser, PE

Mr. Belser is an alumnus of the University of Florida with a Master's in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.  With over 10 years of experience he has built a strong background in land development, water resources, structural design and A&E  telecommunication services.

Waylon Francis, EI

Mr. Francis is an alumnus of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. He has experience with design of structures and civil engineering for the telecom and commercial market sectors.

JWME has experience completing structural design projects ranging from wind loading analysis of existing structures to complete structural design of new construction projects.

We have completed projects in coastal regions, as well as inland regions across the state of Florida. Our applications include residential and commercial structures, including several projects in the high wind zones of South Florida, Florida Keys and other coastal regions. Our clients include individual home owners, large and small commercial clients and industrial clients.

We are experts in the area of wind loading and have the ability to accommodate a wide range of structural projects. We offer a full range of structural services and have a variety of software tools for systems modeling and analysis. We are skilled in using BIM systems and are able to work with design-build projects.

JWME has worked on a wide range of structures including high rise building, churches, retail space, multi-unit housing complexes, apartment buildings, single family homes, industrial frames, and support structures such as PV panel frames, radio towers and commercial products.
